How far is your office from Berkeley?
My office is located in nearby San Pablo, roughly 15 minutes from Berkeley, making it an easy drive for many Berkeley clients. I also offer telehealth if you prefer meeting online.
What makes your approach to therapy different?
My work is intentionally integrative, drawing from Expressive Arts Therapy, trauma therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, mindfulness, nature-based practices, and other evidence-informed approaches. Rather than using the same method with everyone, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
I also believe healing involves more than simply talking about what's happened. While conversation is often an important part of therapy, lasting healing can also come through creativity, body awareness, self-compassion, and experiences that help your nervous system feel safe again. Together, we'll discover the approaches that best support your healing journey.
