This is a bilingual, culturally affirming practice with sessions available in English and Spanish, and it is a privilege to serve the LatinX community right here at home. Therapy in San Pablo
San Pablo is my community. I live here, I'm rooted here, and I chose to offer therapy here because I believe this hidden gem of the East Bay deserves access to deep, holistic, culturally affirming care.

My San Pablo office is not your average therapy space. It's a warm, nature-filled home studio nestled in the hills, surrounded by trees and garden, with art materials ready and dogs nearby, and yes, they sometimes join sessions, if you'd like.

If you've been looking for a therapist who feels like a real person, in a real space, doing real work, you may have just found her.

From the West (San Francisco, Berkeley, Richmond area):

Take I-80 East toward Sacramento.
